The owner invites the participation of any or all
appropriately licensed real estate sales person or broker. A
commission/fee of 3% based on the net selling price will be
paid at closing. Seller will accept written registrations of
potential customers, and exclusivity will be honored for 3
weeks to arrange inspection. Full protection will be granted
for 120 days thereafter, unless this period shall be mutually
